YouTube TV: Live TV & more

Live TV without a cable box

YouTube TV: Live TV & more is a streaming television service for viewers in the United States who want live broadcast, cable, news, sports, entertainment, and children’s channels in one app. It suits households replacing traditional cable or anyone who wants to watch live programming on a phone, tablet, computer, or compatible TV.

Channels, sports, and local programming

The service includes more than 100 networks, with availability varying by location. Its lineup covers major broadcast channels such as CBS, FOX, NBC, PBS, and NFL Network, along with networks including AMC, HGTV, TNT, TBS, CNN, MSNBC, Food Network, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network. Local news and sports channels are included where available. YouTube TV is also the exclusive home of NFL Sunday Ticket for out-of-market Sunday games.

Cloud DVR and household viewing

A cloud DVR lets you record live programs without managing physical storage. Recordings remain available for nine months. A household can use up to six YouTube TV accounts, giving each person a separate login, recommendations, and DVR library. This makes the app more practical for families or shared homes with different viewing habits.
